Validates financial risk and pricing models, develops challenger models, monitors model performance, and maintains the risk model library. The role also manages model risk governance, prepares technical validation reports and senior management briefings, and supports the organization’s model risk management framework. Strong quantitative analysis, Python and SQL programming, Power BI experience, and knowledge of regulatory requirements for model risk or clearing are required.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports software applications and highly available distributed services. Collaborates with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and project teams on solution design, estimation, documentation, and delivery. Promotes DevSecOps, automated testing, code quality, and CI/CD practices; provides technical guidance and mentoring; investigates production incidents through third-line support and an out-of-hours rota.

Lead the design and development of a strategic, scalable data platform for high-volume trading data. Build data lakehouse, streaming, warehouse, metadata, lineage, and self-service capabilities using modern distributed technologies. Drive platform performance, reliability, security, regulatory compliance, cloud-native engineering, and infrastructure automation. Influence technology strategy across trading, data, and platform engineering while providing technical leadership and enabling teams to deliver data-intensive solutions efficiently.

Supports EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and other regulatory reporting obligations for LME and LME Clear. Responsibilities include SQL-based reconciliations, regulatory data analysis, Python automation, reporting validation, UAT, root cause analysis, data lineage documentation, process controls, management information, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution. The role also maintains procedures, static data, and reporting processes while identifying automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.

Design, implement and govern enterprise network security controls across on‑prem, cloud and container environments. Lead Zero Trust and micro‑segmentation initiatives, manage firewalls/proxies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler), support LAN/WAN/Data Centre services, provide 3rd‑line escalation, shape roadmap, produce designs and standards, and support audits and cross‑team integration in a regulated, high‑availability environment.

Supervise first-line trading activity on the Ring and LMEselect, determine and publish reference and closing prices, enforce dealing regulations, manage error trade policy and dynamic price bands, provide market surveillance and stakeholder support, and contribute to pricing-related projects, documentation and training.
