Leads multi-site operations across Europe and META, translating strategy into scalable operating plans, KPIs, governance, capacity planning, and delivery standards. Oversees operational performance, financial results, customer outcomes, workforce capability, continuous improvement, and transformation across geographically distributed teams. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Projects, Service, Finance, and Customer Success to improve execution predictability, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Leads benefits and retirement strategy across Europe and META, overseeing pension, healthcare, wellness, insurance, vendor, financial, compliance, and governance programs. Advises executives, manages budgets and risks, drives cost optimization and benefits transformations, leads regional projects and governance committees, and develops a high-performing benefits team. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, trustees, consultants, and regulators to maintain competitive, compliant, and sustainable employee benefit offerings.

Lead bid management and proposal efforts for major sales opportunities from bid approval through order booking. Coordinate estimates, pricing, technical solutions, sales, operations, and supporting functions. Maintain bid plans, action registers, schedules, work breakdown structures, and project delivery plans. Facilitate team meetings and focus sessions, support value proposition development, and ensure offers align with company strategy. The role uses a hybrid work model and may require travel.
