Own the systems portfolio and customer journeys across renewables and boiler installation businesses. Responsibilities include mapping processes, redesigning customer journeys, managing CRM and communications roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, analyzing data, selecting and implementing software, exploring AI applications, and coordinating with Technology, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also supports cross-sell journeys, commercial growth, and delivery of systems improvements across multiple business units.

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers. Discuss Hometree’s home cover, boiler replacement, heat pump, solar, and related products; follow up on incomplete purchases, manage multiple lead sources, transition customers to greener energy options, and close sales compliantly while delivering excellent customer service.
