Hands-on Head of IT to maintain reliability, security, and scalability of internal tech. Responsibilities include device and identity management across Mac/Windows, leading Google Workspace migrations, managing MSPs and vendors, administering core systems, enforcing IT security fundamentals, DR/business continuity, onboarding/offboarding, IT procurement and budgeting, office network/AV, and building scalable IT processes and KPIs.

Manage customer complaints and arrears for FCA-regulated consumer finance: investigate complaints, draft final responses and FOS submissions, support customers in financial difficulty, identify vulnerable customers, perform root-cause analysis, improve processes, and provide phone/email support and stakeholder liaison to ensure compliant, fair outcomes.

Build Hometree's first dedicated Reward function: design benefits, compensation, bonus and commission plans, harmonise pay bands post-acquisition, ensure FCA-compliance, run benchmarking, gender pay reporting, build reward analytics, and partner cross-functionally to support offers, promotions and pay transparency.
