Lead the development and growth of flood risk, drainage and climate resilience services. Deliver and oversee flood risk assessments, appraisals and drainage strategies; advise clients on resilience and adaptation; manage projects; develop client relationships and new business; support bids and proposals; collaborate across disciplines; mentor junior staff; and represent the company externally.

Lead regional cost management services for real estate construction projects, overseeing feasibility cost plans, tender pricing, post-contract valuations, cost reporting, billing, and WIP management. The role includes client relationship development, business planning, team leadership, project delivery, site meetings, business development, and recruitment planning. Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying degree or MSc, be MRICS-qualified, and have experience delivering real estate projects from feasibility through completion.

Conduct mechanical and electrical building-services surveys, condition assessments, technical due diligence, dilapidations support, and pre-acquisition inspections. Prepare client reports, advise on repairs, compliance, maintenance liabilities, reinstatement, and lifecycle requirements, and support lease-end and refurbishment projects. Collaborate with surveyors, project managers, and technical specialists while developing client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities.
