Receive training on firm systems and house style and progressively take on greater responsibilities to support fee earners.

Lead strategic pricing for complex matters, RFPs and client agreements at a global law firm. Create financial models, develop AFAs, support negotiations, mentor junior staff, improve pricing processes and leverage databases and AI tools to maximise revenue and profitability.

Process and prepare invoices and proformas in 3E, manage WIP and billing lifecycle, handle credit notes and adjustments, support complex multi-jurisdictional billing, liaise with global teams and stakeholders, maintain billing records and compliance with SRA and HMRC rules, and contribute to process improvements and SOPs.
