Manage global marketing and business development strategy for the Financial Institutions Sector, focusing on Digital Assets, Blockchain, and FinTech. Responsibilities include sector planning, budgeting, pitches, client development, cross-selling, events, thought leadership, sponsorships, profile raising, internal communications, and the FinTech Mentor Program. The role partners with firm leadership and international M&BD teams to generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Coordinates global digital learning and development operations, including program scheduling, enrolments, communications, learner records, reporting, vendor activity, and platform administration. Supports Workday Learning, Sana, content management, data quality, user testing, system adoption, dashboards, and continuous process improvement. Works with HR systems, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver accurate, user-focused learning services.

Leads the firm-wide AI capability framework and learning curriculum for lawyers and business teams. Designs role-based learning pathways, practical AI training, and reusable assets; integrates AI skills into existing development programs; partners with senior stakeholders globally; and evaluates learning impact, capability progression, adoption, and behavioral change. The role also establishes responsible AI practices, delivery governance, continuous improvement processes, and a scalable operating model.
