Provides professional secretarial, organizational, administrative, document production, diary, travel, filing, client relationship, billing, and compliance support to lawyers in a Tax & Incentives practice. Responsibilities include managing correspondence and meetings, preparing complex documents, supporting billing through 3E, maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel, assisting with business development, and collaborating across teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Supports pricing strategy, client RFP responses, rate negotiations, alternative fee arrangements, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability initiatives. The role prepares rate schedules, reports, projections, and presentations; analyzes data from multiple sources and business intelligence cubes; and coordinates pricing projects with Finance, Business Development, lawyers, and clients.

Designs, configures, develops, tests, deploys, and supports end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable workflows, applications, integrations, and user-focused platform improvements. Configures ServiceNow automation and AI capabilities, supports upgrades and incidents, maintains technical documentation, and collaborates with stakeholders, IT teams, managed service partners, and platform specialists. The role also contributes to agile delivery, platform governance, data quality, roadmap development, and continual service improvement.
