Provides friendly, high-level customer service throughout the store, including assisting on the shop floor, at cash desks and in fitting rooms. Processes deliveries, replenishes stock, and merchandises garments. The role requires customer focus, communication, flexibility, enthusiasm for the brand, willingness to learn, and availability for varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous retail and fabric knowledge are preferred but not mandatory.

Assist with sales, fashion guidance, deliveries, stock replenishment, and merchandising. Collaborate with the team to create welcoming brand experiences while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This is a temporary, part-time role requiring 30 hours per week and prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Develop womenswear concepts and collections aligned with COS’s modern design philosophy. Responsibilities include design exploration, silhouette development, fabric and construction research, technical sketching, product refinement, and collaboration with product development teams and manufacturers. The role requires creating commercially relevant designs, working to briefs and timelines, incorporating feedback, and managing freelance projects independently. Significant time working from COS’s central London office and atelier is required.
