The role also mentors junior designers and advances COS’s design direction through innovative materials, techniques, and elevated ready-to-wear design.

Lead creative development for COS Runway womenswear collections from research and concept through final product. Develop silhouettes, fabrics, construction techniques, and detailed designs through sketching, draping, fittings, and experimentation. Collaborate with design, buying, pattern cutting, and product development teams to deliver commercially relevant, high-quality collections. Mentor junior designers and help evolve COS’s design direction.
