Seasoned interior designer responsible for developing concepts, renderings, finish plans, specifications, FF&E selections, and construction documentation. Collaborates with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout design and construction phases. Presents design solutions, coordinates project documentation, supports cost estimates, reviews RFIs and submittals, and may lead meetings and presentations. Applies sustainable design principles, building codes, and innovative problem-solving while managing deadlines across multiple projects.

Manages EMEA marketing and business development pursuits, including proposals, qualifications packages, interview collateral, presentations, and marketing communications. Coordinates pursuit schedules, deadlines, project information, photography, awards, conferences, public relations, social media, and brand-compliant content. Partners with studio, practice, business development, communications, and project teams while maintaining marketing databases and resource materials.

Manages procurement portals, frameworks, registrations, compliance documentation, opportunity tracking, bid coordination, submission packaging, final uploads, and reporting. Coordinates with practice leaders and bid managers to identify opportunities, collect go/no-go input, submit clarifications, meet deadlines, and archive materials. Supports process improvements and maintains centralized procurement guidance and performance records.
