Own end-to-end talent acquisition across EMEA for GTM and engineering roles. Manage intake, sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, screening, offers, and handoffs across multiple countries. Advise hiring managers, challenge unrealistic briefs, attract senior talent for a low-recognition brand, and use AI tools and modern recruiting systems. Coordinate with HR Operations and onboarding teams on multi-country employment and EOR requirements.

Lead the security roadmap across engineering, build self-service platform security tools, integrate security into CI/CD and cloud workflows, assess technical risk, mentor engineers, and mature detection, SIEM, and incident-response capabilities. The role also addresses software supply-chain threats, AI infrastructure security, and AI-usage risks while partnering with engineering, product, core technology, and IT teams.

Own a portfolio of 300+ SMB accounts across the UK and Europe, managing renewals, expansion, retention, and account health. Conduct proactive outreach, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, forecast portfolio performance, maintain CRM accuracy, and share customer insights with internal teams. The role requires business-level German, French, or Spanish alongside English, commercial judgment, autonomy, and experience managing customer relationships in a SaaS or commercial environment.
