Qualify and schedule meetings for Account Executives by prospecting inbound and outbound leads in the UK SaaS market. Execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), research target accounts, update CRM daily, report activity weekly, and hit monthly qualified-lead targets. Collaborate with sales and marketing, continuously learn product and market, and participate in coaching to improve conversion rates.

Serve as the technical lead for partner integrations across Europe, owning design, delivery, and production support. Work with sales, product, and engineering to scope integrations, contribute code and tooling, query data mesh for troubleshooting, build dashboards, and coordinate cross-organizational resolution of complex issues.

Manage and grow a small portfolio of Hiya's largest UK customers, driving adoption, leading complex programs to production, delivering measurable value, and expanding revenue through executive engagement, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
