Teams at Hive Autonomy

Own the commercial rollout of Hive’s supervised autonomy platform across a major European building materials customer. Develop site-by-site rollout plans, business cases, pricing, KPIs, and governance; manage executive and site-level stakeholders; coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Engineering; and ensure each site is commercially ready, profitable, and transitioned effectively. The role also establishes Hive’s repeatable model for managing global strategic accounts.

Build and lead Hive’s UK and Ireland sales market for autonomous heavy machinery. Close expansions with flagship customers, win new quarry and industrial accounts, develop pipeline, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals end to end, handle technical questions, and create the UK sales playbook. The role requires extensive travel to quarries, plants, construction sites, and customer locations.

Designs and integrates electrical systems connecting Hive autonomy hardware to customer vehicles. Responsibilities include vehicle architecture analysis, wiring harness and power distribution design, CAN and J1939 interfaces, component selection, electrical documentation, validation, safety reviews, troubleshooting, and on-site bring-up. The role also guides technicians through installation and rework, supports customer deployments, and develops reusable electrical integration standards.
