Teams at Hive Autonomy

Own Hive’s UK customer operations after deployment, including operator teams, shift coverage, training, safety, quality, KPIs, incident response, customer communication, and continuous improvement. Build the UK operator organization, establish scalable procedures and infrastructure, support early autonomous-machine deployments, coordinate deployment handovers, and create feedback loops for Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

Own end-to-end customer deployments across the UK, coordinating engineering, operations, customers, equipment, logistics, site readiness, safety, commissioning, validation, go-live, and operational handover. The role requires extensive industrial-site work, strong project execution and stakeholder management, technical coordination, risk escalation, and customer communication. The manager will also develop repeatable UK deployment processes, playbooks, checklists, supplier capabilities, and continuous-improvement practices.

Owns all company legal matters, including corporate governance, fundraising, commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment law, compliance, privacy, and risk management. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises leadership and internal teams, manages outside counsel, supports cross-border expansion, and builds scalable legal processes for a growing technology startup.
