Provide on-site, 24/7 systems administration for the RON project: manage AD, Group Policy, virtualization, storage, backups/DR, servers, monitoring (Nagios, Splunk), and Nokia/IP/MPLS network admin. Troubleshoot, reinstall systems as needed, process user lifecycle actions, maintain run books, and escalate O&M issues while producing technical documentation and reports.

Monitor, optimise and maintain the RON network including VLAN, switch/router/firewall configuration, firmware upgrades, backup/recovery, threat/patch validation in test and production environments, documentation, access control, and remediation/change implementation.

The Sales Specialist will identify service opportunities, manage RFQs, build customer relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure contract performance in energy and industrial sectors.
