Lead system integration, verification, validation and qualification for rail solutions. Develop test plans, execute test specifications, automate testing, manage defects, support stakeholders, and oversee IVVQ tools and configuration control across projects.

Lead delivery of major rail projects or portfolios, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, change, resources, governance, and stakeholder relationships. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees P6 scheduling and quantitative schedule risk analysis, supports commercial and financial performance, reports to senior leaders, and coaches project managers. Rail industry and transportation systems experience, along with IPMA certification, are desirable.

Leads complex bid delivery from opportunity qualification through project handover. Responsibilities include bid strategy, planning, governance, budgeting, estimating, risk management, tender submissions, proposal writing, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership. The role also supports customer relationships, consortium bids, variation offers, and continuous improvement while coaching Bid Managers and promoting best practices.
