The role requires railway environment experience, telecoms knowledge, stakeholder management, technical problem-solving, and familiarity with APM project management practices and rail safety requirements.

Generate demand for the EMEA business by identifying target accounts, researching prospects, conducting pre-call planning and cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and growing the sales pipeline. The role develops campaign materials and prospect databases in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Practice teams. It requires technology and solution sales experience, particularly in digital engineering, SaaS, IoT, product modernization, testing, and RPA, plus strong communication, motivation, and attention to detail.

Manage Hitachi’s business application portfolio and lead upgrades, integrations, migrations, and implementations. Gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage project plans, risks, budgets, testing, releases, training, and post-go-live support. Directly lead EDI and SAP Applications staff through workload planning, coaching, and performance support. Drive application reliability, governance, service quality, process improvement, automation, and alignment with business priorities across corporate IT.
