Manage Hitachi’s business application portfolio and lead upgrades, integrations, migrations, and implementations. Gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage project plans, risks, budgets, testing, releases, training, and post-go-live support. Directly lead EDI and SAP Applications staff through workload planning, coaching, and performance support. Drive application reliability, governance, service quality, process improvement, automation, and alignment with business priorities across corporate IT.

Manage global equity compensation operations including grant, vesting, and leaver cycles; ensure tax and legal compliance across jurisdictions; draft approvals and communications; maintain procedures, audit trails and reporting; support buyouts, M&A activity, ESPP, data integration, testing, controls, training and change projects; liaise with subsidiaries, plan administrators and advisors to deliver timely, compliant equity events.

Deliver hands-on FinOps engineering for on-premises estates: integrate cost data (CMDB, asset, licensing, monitoring), build/maintain ETL pipelines and dashboards, analyse usage and licence patterns, identify savings, support governance, and coordinate onshore/offshore workstreams following the FinOps.org framework.
