Responsibilities include training needs analysis, curriculum design, blended learning development, client consulting, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, delivery planning, risk management, quality assurance, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The role supports business readiness, user adoption, and measurable client outcomes across varied organisational environments.

Provide post-go-live Finance and HR consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple clients. Manage support cases, service requests, incidents, enhancements, and advisory work; diagnose issues, meet SLAs, document solutions, create test plans, and advise stakeholders. Apply expertise across core finance modules and working knowledge of HR processes. Build long-term client relationships, collaborate with technical and service delivery teams, and support continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise-scale Azure platform architecture, landing zones, infrastructure-as-code standards, cloud migrations, data center exits, governance, security, and re-platforming programs. Mentor infrastructure and platform engineers, conduct cloud strategy workshops and readiness assessments, review architectures against Microsoft frameworks, present to technical and executive stakeholders, and support consulting presales and capability growth. The role requires extensive Azure engineering experience, strong client engagement skills, UK security clearance eligibility, and expertise in Azure networking, identity, monitoring, security, and cost optimization.
