Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Azure-hosted solutions, operating and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure, networking, PaaS services, integrations, monitoring, security and governance. Support CI/CD, IaC, incident/problem management, collaborate with developers, drive operational improvements, and participate in paid on-call rota. Work within enterprise Azure Landing Zone environments and comply with public-sector/regulatory requirements.

Lead and deliver automated and manual testing: plan, resource, execute and report on test activities. Manage and mentor test teams, produce high-quality test scripts and documentation, escalate risks, and support test strategy across projects. Include performance, accessibility and API testing using modern tooling.

Lead strategic business transformation engagements: advise executives, design operating models and roadmaps, develop business cases and benefits realisation, provide programme assurance, run discovery workshops, align business analysis/change/learning, support sales and practice development, and mentor consulting teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
