Lead the design and development of Azure integration solutions, translate business needs into architecture, guide development teams, resolve complex technical issues, and advise clients. The role involves hands-on development with Azure integration services, technical workshops, solution design, stakeholder communication, and consulting delivery. Required expertise includes Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid or Event Hubs, REST APIs, .NET, C#, microservices, secure application design, Git, and CI/CD.

Provides post-go-live consulting and service delivery for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Manages support cases, triages Finance and HR issues, meets SLAs, advises stakeholders, produces functional documentation and test plans, and recommends system improvements. The role requires strong Finance module expertise, working HR knowledge, client relationship management, and experience with at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.

Leads technical delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Develops custom plug-ins, PCF controls, JavaScript, Azure Functions, and AI solutions; manages ALM pipelines through Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; conducts code reviews and quality assurance; contributes to estimates and RFP responses; and mentors developers and consultants.
