Develops end-to-end data solutions, including exploratory analysis, experimentation, predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI applications. Partners with business, product, and technical teams to solve complex insurance challenges, communicate insights, and support data-driven decisions. The role also involves validating AI-assisted work, applying statistical methods, and following engineering practices such as version control, testing, code review, and reproducible development.

Supports technology transformation investment decisions through financial modelling, change-spend analysis, project forecasting, ROI and benefits tracking. Partners with Finance, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders on business cases, governance, cost optimisation, and prioritisation. Builds cost models, improves cost attribution, validates project spend, and develops reporting and automation. Requires qualified-accountant credentials, FP&A or investment-analysis experience, advanced Excel, and strong analytical communication skills.

Build, maintain, monitor, and improve technical pricing models for insurance portfolios using statistical and machine-learning techniques. Produce standardized data models, reporting, and pricing insights; compare predicted and actual performance; recommend model updates; and influence underwriting decisions and profitable growth. The role requires stakeholder management, collaboration on data and pricing technologies, accountability for model performance, and coaching junior analysts.
