As a Principal Data Scientist, you will lead complex data science initiatives, mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business value through data-driven solutions.

Design, build and scale AI-enabled solutions across the business. Partner with units to identify and deliver AI use cases, develop agents/automations/workflows, ensure governance alignment, maintain reusable libraries, troubleshoot issues, and measure impact on speed, quality, and throughput.

Lead and conduct claims quality assurance reviews against regulatory and internal standards, produce MI and analytic reports, recommend process improvements, oversee re-reviews and calibration, and coach team members to drive continuous improvement across Lloyd's London Market claims operations.
