Supports global people transformation, employee experience, change management, operational excellence, process improvement, and People technology initiatives. Leads moderately complex projects, gathers requirements, manages stakeholders, identifies risks, improves processes, and supports adoption across People programs, including M&A activity. Partners with HR business partners, centers of excellence, enterprise technology, and business leaders while contributing specialist knowledge and mentoring colleagues.

Develops end-to-end data solutions, including exploratory analysis, experimentation, predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI applications. Partners with business, product, and technical teams to solve complex insurance challenges, communicate insights, and support data-driven decisions. The role also involves validating AI-assisted work, applying statistical methods, and following engineering practices such as version control, testing, code review, and reproducible development.

Develop and deliver marketing and communications activity across digital, print, email, social media, website, internal communications, media relations, and events. Manage the Hiscox London Market website, email campaigns, reporting, stakeholder relationships, supplier coordination, brand consistency, and Broker Academy programmes. Create engaging content and marketing materials, support integrated campaigns, manage budgets, and help business leaders and underwriters achieve measurable marketing objectives.
