Shapes employee value proposition strategy, supports People programmes and M&A change, oversees the People technology roadmap, and identifies opportunities for AI, automation, process improvement, and self-service. Partners with senior People, business, technology, and programme stakeholders to resolve complex issues, influence decisions, and deliver strategic cross-functional outcomes.

Analyze broker performance, market intelligence, relationship activity, and commercial opportunities for Hiscox’s global broker relationships. Coordinate plans, meetings, decisions, and follow-through across business units. Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, governance materials, and narrative updates while developing broker intelligence capabilities, workflows, and scalable reporting processes. The role requires turning fragmented information into decision-ready insights, maintaining opportunity visibility, and improving collaboration among distribution, underwriting, data, technology, and leadership teams.

Leads the enterprise process excellence strategy, roadmap, governance, methodology, tooling, and capability development. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve critical processes. Oversees performance and KPIs, leads selected improvement programs, evaluates automation technologies, coaches teams, and drives continuous improvement across a complex international insurance organization.

Lead change management activities for Finance Transformation initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communications, training needs, readiness planning, adoption tracking, and resistance management. The role partners with Finance leaders, project teams, programme leads, process owners, and subject matter experts to ensure new processes, technologies, and ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained.

Designs and delivers scalable, secure technology solutions for the London Market. Translates architectural blueprints into detailed solution designs, supports integration with existing systems, participates in design reviews, advises delivery teams, and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Collaborates with product owners, developers, business analysts, Group Technology, and vendors to manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.

Conduct audits of claims files against regulatory and internal standards, identify trends, prepare MI and analytic reports, recommend corrective actions, support training and remediation, engage stakeholders, and maintain knowledge of London Market products, policies, systems and regulatory environment.

Partner with the Chief of Strategy and CEO Office to translate European strategic priorities into plans, governance, and operating rhythms. Serve as US Compensation & Benefits subject matter expert within the global Reward team. Design, implement and govern US pay and benefits programs, lead annual salary and incentive processes, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), use benchmarking and analytics to inform decisions, manage vendors and projects, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders to enhance employee value and retention.
