Directs all hotel operations, financial planning, guest experience, quality, compliance, productivity, and commercial performance. Leads the executive operations strategy alongside the General Manager, develops high-performing leadership teams, drives service excellence and sustainable profitability, and manages relationships with owners, corporate partners, local businesses, and third-party operators.

Welcomes restaurant guests, manages waitlists and seating, coordinates with restaurant staff, prepares and resets tables, responds to guest enquiries, and maintains a clean, organized, safe entrance and host stand.

Supports hotel food and beverage operations across bars, restaurants, room service, and events. Greets guests, takes and serves orders, prepares dining and event tables, maintains clean and organized work areas, and follows health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
