Clean and service lodges to SOP standards, maintain housekeeping areas and supplies, perform periodic cleaning tasks, report damage/theft/maintenance, handle lost property, ensure safety and correct chemical use, greet guests, submit guest questionnaires, and follow hotel security, fire, and health & safety procedures.

As a Twilight Receptionist, you will check in guests, respond to inquiries, assist management, provide customer service, perform audits, and handle payments.

Provide front-desk service at a resort: check guests in/out, handle payments and queries, answer switchboard, perform administrative tasks and daily banking, support guest expectations, and carry out ad hoc duties on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
