Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of growth customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage onboarding lifecycles, maintain HubSpot records, resolve customer issues cross-functionally, follow playbooks, identify upsell opportunities, and use data to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction.

The Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, onboarding, and expansion while acting as the customer's voice internally.
