Requires substantial experience managing complex infrastructure contracts and teams, particularly within publicly funded programmes.

Lead multidisciplinary project management teams delivering complex construction contracts within HS2 Integrated Project Teams. Manage NEC3 contract obligations, performance, risks, schedules, interfaces, dependencies, stakeholders, and supply-chain relationships to achieve budget, time, quality, and safety objectives. Support client-retained works, testing and commissioning, contract resolution, and collaborative delivery across HS2 and external partners.

Supports HS2’s system-level performance, reliability, availability and maintainability requirements across the railway lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining multidisciplinary requirements, coordinating interfaces and technical solutions, disaggregating obligations into delivery contracts, tracking progress through system-level reviews, and supporting testing, commissioning and in-service reliability analysis using DRACAS and FRACAS. The role works with engineering, operations, maintenance and safety specialists and requires knowledge of UK construction regulations, safety methods, standards and engineering project delivery.

Manage HS2 supplier construction contracts as the NEC3 Project Manager, supporting Senior Project Managers and the Integrated Project Team. Responsibilities include contract and supplier performance management, programme schedule review, risk mitigation, CDM duties, third-party works coordination, and delivery within budget, time, and quality requirements. The role requires buildings, fit-out, and mechanical and electrical experience, project lifecycle knowledge, stakeholder management, negotiation, and understanding of project schedules, risks, and contract structures.

Manage NEC3 supplier and construction contracts on behalf of the project client and senior project managers. Oversee contract performance, programme schedules, risks, costs, quality, and delivery across the project lifecycle. Support CDM responsibilities, resolve emergent issues, coordinate HS2 and supply chain stakeholders, and foster collaborative partnerships. The role also requires applying project management, analysis, negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-building skills within an integrated project team.

Leads multidisciplinary teams delivering station construction work packages for HS2. Responsibilities include NEC3 contract and design management, schedule and performance monitoring, risk mitigation, stakeholder and supply-chain coordination, CDM duties, testing and commissioning, and supporting delivery within budget, time, and quality requirements. The role also supports Project Directors, manages Project Managers, resolves integration issues, and promotes collaborative, inclusive delivery across integrated project teams.

Supports cost and estimating leadership across HS2 programmes and contracts. Responsibilities include managing budgets, actual costs, forecasts, cost variance analysis, Earned Value Management, Estimate at Completion reporting, and validation of delivery-team cost data. The role provides cost-performance advice, maintains governance and documentation, supports stakeholder reporting, and drives continuous improvement. Advanced Excel, project-controls knowledge, and experience with cost-management systems such as Prism or Ecosys are required.
