Designs and demonstrates tailored AI security solutions for prospective clients, leads proof-of-concept projects, provides technical support, conducts training, and collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and research teams. The role requires expertise in cybersecurity, AI workflows, cloud infrastructure, Python, MLOps, and solution architecture, along with strong communication and presentation skills. This is a fully remote UK-focused position with travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Partner with customers after the sale to deploy, integrate, and optimize AI security solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Provide technical guidance on Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code; troubleshoot issues; deliver training and documentation; and serve as the primary technical contact. Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to improve products and support successful scaling.
