Provide day-to-day office operations and employee experience support at HiBob's London office: manage visitors, deliveries, supplies, vendor/PO/invoice processes, onboarding logistics, office tech setup, safety and sustainability initiatives, and coordinate local events and office projects alongside the Office & Experience Manager.

Lead and scale a UK Enterprise Sales Engineering team: hire, coach, enable, and support enterprise sales cycles. Partner with regional sales and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline, support strategic deals, deliver technical demos, and build enablement programs while fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple complex UK payrolls within a bureau, ensuring accuracy and HMRC compliance. Act as payroll SME advising on legislation, statutory payments, pensions, benefits, share schemes and reconciliations. Analyse outputs, resolve discrepancies, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.
