Manages revenue management analysts and drives pricing, yield, forecasting, fleet planning, utilization, and profitability across Hertz brands. Evaluates demand and pricing strategies, maintains revenue management systems, forecasts peak rentals, collaborates with Logistics, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and presents recommendations to leadership. The role also leads process improvements, cross-functional initiatives, and analyst development.

Manage car rental pricing and availability, develop analytics-driven revenue and mix optimization strategies, monitor market trends, automate pricing execution and quality control, produce reports and forecasts, and collaborate with corporate and field teams to improve revenue, utilization, and forecast accuracy.

Provide risk‑based, pragmatic legal counsel on global franchise matters: draft and negotiate franchise and licensing agreements, prepare disclosure documents, advise on franchise law, support compliance programs, resolve pre‑litigation disputes, and partner with operations to implement franchise strategies.

Design and build a greenfield marketing data foundation: tracking/tagging, identity strategy, data pipelines, integrations (GA4, Salesforce, Databricks, COGNOS), data modeling and QA, dashboards, attribution/MMM, governance and compliance. Serve as primary contact for marketing data issues, enforce standards, prioritize analytics backlog, and enable stakeholders.
