Lead end-to-end technology projects and technical workstreams across planning, governance, delivery, testing, implementation, go-live, transition and closure. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams across locations. Translate business and technical requirements, ensure architecture, security and data-protection compliance, coordinate assurance and readiness activities, and provide clear reporting. Apply predictive, agile or hybrid delivery methods while improving project standards and responsibly using AI and emerging technologies.

Supports the General Counsel and Risk team through legal research, regulatory monitoring, compliance training, in-house legal advice, disputes and claims support, governance, company secretarial work, insurance renewals, policy and database management, and administrative tasks.

Develops and implements global internal communications strategies supporting firm-wide transformation, integration, culture, people initiatives, and business priorities. Advises senior stakeholders, creates executive and employee communications, manages campaigns across time zones, improves communication channels, coordinates internal and external messaging, analyzes engagement effectiveness, and manages external suppliers. Requires exceptional writing, editing, judgment, stakeholder influence, and strategic planning skills.
