Develop and validate guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for unmanned aircraft systems. Responsibilities include designing controllers and state estimators, simulating navigation performance, calibrating sensors, analyzing flight-test data, executing algorithm evaluations, and collaborating with aerodynamics, flight mechanics, embedded software, hardware, and testing teams.

Lead the redesign and scaling of global People Operations across the employee lifecycle. The role owns process landscapes, service delivery, HRIS data, onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, mobility, documentation, automation, controls, and operational metrics. It also develops team capability, clarifies ownership, improves employee self-service, guides AI adoption, and drives continuous improvement across international operations while balancing global consistency with local requirements.

Develop and execute commercial strategies for UK defence campaigns, lead negotiations with partners and suppliers, manage MoD tender processes, ensure procurement and governance compliance, and advise cross-functional teams. The role also monitors the UK defence market for opportunities and risks, requiring substantial experience with UK defence procurement, complex stakeholder negotiations, and government-industry engagement. Maritime or naval defence experience is preferred.
