Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition in a large enterprise environment. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, business rules, permissions, and provisioning; designing and troubleshooting integrations with Oracle Taleo and other ATS platforms; resolving complex functional issues; managing backlog items; supporting system administration, environment management, releases, and data consistency; and partnering with HR and business stakeholders on solution design and process improvements.
