Build commissioning and renewal narratives, collaborate with Product and Engineering, create repeatable implementation playbooks, apply AI to reporting and adoption tracking, and mentor future implementation hires.

Own Heim’s product vision, roadmap, execution standards, and AI-native strategy as its founding Head of Product. Partner with founders, clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams to build safe, scalable healthcare software for home-based care. Lead discovery, product delivery, technical quality, continuous improvement, and product-team development while translating frontline clinical needs into high-impact solutions.
