Lead full-cycle recruiting, including client intake meetings, sourcing, candidate pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, candidate slate presentation, offer negotiation, and recruiting strategy. Partner with HR Business Partners, support early-career recruiting, maintain ATS data integrity, use Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and promote employee referrals and employer brand awareness.

Lead and execute executive search lifecycle: develop position specs and search strategy, research and map talent, source and assess candidates, manage candidate relationships, support client communications and business development, and maintain high-quality, confidential search documentation.
