Teams at Heartflow

Own complex Heartflow implementations and post-sale customer success across EMEA hospital accounts. Lead onboarding, clinical workflow integration, training, adoption, optimization, escalations, and expansion. Serve as a regional subject matter expert for cardiac CT applications, develop implementation playbooks and educational programs, analyze customer metrics, improve processes, and collaborate with commercial, medical, technical, product, and global teams. The role requires strong clinical credibility, project leadership, stakeholder management, autonomy, and 30–40% travel across the UK and EMEA.
