Own complex Heartflow implementations and post-sale customer success across EMEA hospital accounts. Lead onboarding, clinical workflow integration, training, adoption, optimization, escalations, and expansion. Serve as a regional subject matter expert for cardiac CT applications, develop implementation playbooks and educational programs, analyze customer metrics, improve processes, and collaborate with commercial, medical, technical, product, and global teams.
