Lead strategy to maximise lifetime value of Hearst UK members and subscribers. Own onboarding, in-life engagement, retention, renewal and win-back across 13 brands; lead a team of four; partner with Product, Data, Editorial, Marketing and Commercial teams; run contact centre performance and measurement frameworks to grow LTV and reduce churn.

Develop and produce original, platform-first video formats for Hearst UK brands. Lead concepting, shoots (studio/location), talent management, and collaborate with editors to optimize storytelling, thumbnails, titles and audience growth using performance data.

Create and present style-focused social, digital and video content for Esquire UK. Develop cross-channel social strategies, publish 2–3 daily style stories, edit social-first video, use SEO/Google Discover to maximise visibility, represent the brand at events, collaborate on brand partnerships and occasionally contribute to print features.
