Own customer onboarding, adoption, and early lifecycle success for healthcare technology products. Lead consultative calls, drive product activation and upsells, troubleshoot launches, build scalable onboarding and support processes, use AI and automation, track usage and retention metrics, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management while helping scale a HealthTech startup.

Own and optimize the company’s Google Ads account across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Max. Lead bidding, budget allocation, keyword strategy, experimentation, attribution, and conversion optimization across the full patient booking journey. Build new paid channels including Microsoft Ads, remarketing, and AI search platforms. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and founders to improve landing pages, booking flows, measurement, and patient acquisition performance.

The Founding Product Engineer will develop AI-integrated platforms for healthcare, improving administrative workflows and enhancing the patient-clinician experience within the NHS.
