Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO/co-founder: manage calendar and inbox, run meeting logistics and prep, track actions to completion, handle admin (expenses, travel, docs, personal tasks), proofread and quality-check communications, and protect the CEO's daily wellbeing. Act as a proactive, trusted partner to ensure priorities are executed and nothing is dropped.

Lead onboarding and early adoption for NHS GP customers, build scalable product operations and playbooks, use AI/automation to drive activation and upsells, gather customer insights, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams to improve adoption and retention.

Own onboarding and early customer lifecycle to drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, and deliver upsells. Lead product launches, troubleshoot in real-time, build scalable onboarding and operational processes using AI automation, track usage and retention metrics, and translate customer feedback into product improvements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams.
