Lead onboarding and early adoption for NHS GP customers, build scalable product operations and playbooks, use AI/automation to drive activation and upsells, gather customer insights, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams to improve adoption and retention.

Own onboarding and early customer lifecycle to drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, and deliver upsells. Lead product launches, troubleshoot in real-time, build scalable onboarding and operational processes using AI automation, track usage and retention metrics, and translate customer feedback into product improvements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams.

As the Founding Talent Partner, you will lead the hiring function, manage candidate experience, and develop recruitment processes to attract top talent for rapid growth in the NHS tech sector.
