Supports B2B sales by translating complex AML and fraud technology into tailored solutions, demonstrations, business cases, proposals, and proof-of-concept implementations. Partners with sales, engineering, compliance, data, marketing, and product teams to understand banking clients’ needs, assess risks, manage RFPs, coordinate POCs, build stakeholder relationships, and provide market input for product roadmaps.

Lead customer implementations of AML, fraud detection, and screening solutions from contract through go-live. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, configuration, data mapping, API and batch integration, testing, UAT, training, documentation, stakeholder management, and project delivery. The role requires hands-on AML and compliance expertise, SQL and integration literacy, familiarity with payment data standards, and the ability to defend configuration decisions to compliance leaders, auditors, and regulators.

Own the full customer lifecycle for enterprise software accounts, from scoping and implementation through value realization, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, manage delivery, monitor performance, optimize customer outcomes, and drive GRR and NRR. Lead executive governance and QBRs, support pre-sales credibility, and use AI tools to improve account insight and reporting. The role requires strong enterprise SaaS delivery experience, commercial ownership, C-suite communication, and ideally AML, fraud prevention, or regulated financial services expertise.
