Lead Paid Social and Programmatic teams for luxury clients, design integrated biddable strategies, drive commercial outcomes, implement best-practice processes, mentor staff, and support new business pitches.

Lead client relationships and manage small-to-medium PR, social and experiential accounts. Develop communications strategies, media and influencer relations, digital/social campaigns, events, budgets and reporting. Support pitches, supervise junior teams, ensure timely delivery and issue manage to meet KPIs and client objectives.

Lead user research, discovery and end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products. Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, maintain design systems, ensure accessibility (WCAG), mentor junior designers, run stakeholder workshops, and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
