Develop and improve analytical and data products that automate pricing, underwriting, and operational processes. Use Python, SQL, Git, and GitHub to support pricing, modelling, data, and analytics teams. Collaborate with internal customers, manage multiple workstreams, solve problems, and help deliver commercial value through automation and research. Experience with data pipelines, machine learning libraries, big data technologies, and Azure is beneficial.

Develop and optimize high-performance pricing recasting capabilities for large-scale scoring, back testing, and impact analysis. Build and validate Python automation and data pipelines, pricing logic, and model features; troubleshoot discrepancies with pricing and analytics teams; support user onboarding; monitor performance and stability; and create documentation and tutorials.

Owns end-to-end digital experimentation and conversion optimisation, including roadmap management, hypothesis development, test planning, stakeholder sign-off, measurement, analysis, and recommendations. The role uses qualitative and quantitative data, user research, web analytics, competitor insights, and A/B testing to improve ecommerce journeys, support new propositions and MVPs, and drive commercial performance.
