Develop and support analytical and data products that improve insurance pricing, underwriting, and operational efficiency. Build automation for data, analytics, and operational processes using Python and SQL, collaborate with pricing, modelling, engineering, and product teams, and help internal users adopt analytical tooling. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Develop and optimize pricing recasting capabilities for high-speed scoring, back testing, and large-scale impact analysis. Build and validate Python automation and data pipelines, pricing logic, and model features; troubleshoot discrepancies with pricing and analytics teams; monitor performance and stability; onboard users; and create documentation and tutorials.

Owns end-to-end digital experimentation and conversion optimisation, including roadmap management, hypothesis development, test briefing, stakeholder sign-off, measurement, analysis, and recommendations. Conducts competitor research and supports proposition and MVP delivery. Improves insight-driven ideation, prioritisation, UX execution, QA, reporting, and communications. Requires strong ecommerce optimisation experience, commercial analysis, user research, web analytics, UX, content, and hands-on A/B testing expertise.
