Work with supplier management, operations, stakeholders and tech teams to define requirements, prioritise roadmaps, manage integrations and releases, provide MI, handle escalations, and partner with the tool provider to drive improvements.

Lead a team of Risk Pricing Analysts to develop, improve and implement risk pricing models, integrate new data and analytical techniques, run pricing projects to meet profit and growth targets, mentor analysts, and ensure fair customer outcomes and regulatory training compliance.

Own and execute the third-party (TPPD) claims commercial strategy to optimise claims spend and indemnity savings. Drive data-led performance improvements, manage supplier contracts and commercial relationships, mitigate risk and ensure business continuity, and coach junior team members while delivering measurable trading outcomes.
