Leads a team of Data Scientists and delivers machine learning and statistical modelling solutions across the insurance business. Owns projects from exploration and experimentation through production deployment, monitoring and optimisation. Partners with stakeholders, Data Engineering and Technology teams to identify commercial opportunities, build scalable models, evaluate data sources, ensure governance, and translate technical findings into actionable business insights.

Design and maintain a scalable email design system, including reusable components, patterns, documentation, and responsive templates for CRM, lifecycle, promotional, service, and transactional communications. Ensure work aligns with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and email client constraints. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while applying Figma-based design system workflows and considering HTML email development and marketing automation platforms.
