Leads underwriting and insurance product strategy for the UK small business segment, shaping offerings and supporting business growth. The role combines practice leadership, underwriting expertise, and product management responsibilities.

Provides regulatory compliance advice and oversight for the UK Small Business insurance portfolio. Advises leadership on FCA and PRA requirements, assesses regulatory changes, supports Consumer Duty and conduct-risk frameworks, performs compliance monitoring, prepares governance reporting, oversees third-party distribution partners, and analyzes complaints and customer outcomes. The role partners with underwriting, distribution, operations, product, and senior leadership teams to promote effective governance and regulatory compliance.
