Provides regulatory compliance advice and oversight for the UK Small Business insurance portfolio. Advises leadership on FCA and PRA requirements, assesses regulatory changes, supports Consumer Duty and conduct-risk frameworks, performs compliance monitoring, prepares governance reporting, oversees third-party distribution partners, and analyzes complaints and customer outcomes. The role partners with underwriting, distribution, operations, product, and senior leadership teams to promote effective governance and regulatory compliance.

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to deliver technical requirements for a digital transformation of underwriting processes. Document requirements, design integrations, support developers, present solutions, and assist testing, business readiness, and change adoption.

Lead and strengthen the Delegated Authority (DA) framework by coordinating approvals, onboarding, monitoring, audits and reporting. Provide technical advice, maintain trackers, support audits, produce MI/KPI reporting, improve controls and data quality, coach analysts, liaise with stakeholders and support DA-related projects and governance forums.

Prepare statutory and regulatory external financial reports for Hartford International, including Lloyd's and PRA returns, annual statutory filings for multiple entities, support audits, produce analytical schedules, liaise with Actuarial/Risk/Claims/Finance stakeholders, and drive process and system improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
