Own pre-sales technical activities for an AI security platform, including customer engagement, technical storytelling, proof-of-concept planning and execution, and supporting opportunities through the sales cycle. Collaborate with customers, sales, product, marketing, and engineering to translate requirements into solutions and messaging. The role also involves enterprise software deployment, MDM administration, live troubleshooting, competitive analysis, and helping customers adopt AI securely.

Supports strategic account sellers by mapping Fortune 100 and Fortune 250 accounts, identifying decision-makers and warm introductions, coordinating executive events and account-based campaigns, preparing account briefings, tracking account signals, and driving follow-ups and opportunity momentum. This is an execution-focused strategic sales role rather than an SDR or traditional marketing planning position.

Own and evolve the platform security architecture (authN/authZ, secrets, encryption, multi-tenant isolation). Write production code to harden security patterns, run threat models and architecture reviews, set standards, and partner with Security and Platform teams to ship secure platform improvements.

Design, build, and own backend microservices and integrations for an AI-focused cybersecurity platform. Implement event-driven processing, ingest high-volume endpoint events, model and persist domain data, expose APIs and webhooks, and support analytics, reporting, and customer-facing visibility features.
