Legal Counsel will support the business by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on IP and data privacy matters, and managing legal compliance and strategy.

Customer-facing full‑stack engineer who onboards and integrates customers, builds features and AI/ML solutions (LLM prompting, voice/transcription), manages APIs/integrations, and collaborates cross-functionally while traveling frequently for onsite work.

Serve as the commercial lead on complex enterprise deals: partner with AEs, engage in client-facing negotiations, design custom deal structures, identify contractual and economic risks, and author precise deal documentation and contract language to ensure deliverability and sound economics.
