Provides executive support to the Global Co-Head of Investments and senior Managing Directors, managing complex calendars, travel, communications, meetings, expenses, confidential information, and follow-up actions. Leads the EMEA administrative support team, including recruitment, performance management, workload allocation, and development. Establishes service standards, improves processes, champions AI-enabled efficiency, coordinates regional stakeholders, and drives a modern, scalable administrative support model.

Supports venture and growth equity investments across funds, co-investments, and secondaries. Responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, due diligence, investment memo preparation, sourcing opportunities, portfolio monitoring, client communications, General Partner relationship management, analyst training, and strategic industry research. The role requires strong investment judgment, communication skills, Excel modeling expertise, and an interest in venture and technology investing.

Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle across EMEA and APAC, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, assessments, background screening, HRIS updates, offers, onboarding, and candidate records. Provide general HR administration, support policies and documentation, coordinate with HR teams, assist with onboarding and offboarding, support early talent programs, and contribute to process improvement and HR projects.
