The Technical Programme Plan Manager ensures the feasibility and integrity of the technical programme plan, managing dependencies, risks, and governance to support transformation objectives in a multi-year integration project.

Leads global capital equipment and site indirect procurement strategy across Haleon manufacturing sites, managing approximately £200 million in spend. Develops category roadmaps, negotiates high-value supplier agreements, delivers cost, quality, service, innovation, and sustainability benefits, and partners with regional and global stakeholders. Oversees supplier performance, risk management, implementation plans, business cases, and long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business growth and operational requirements.

Lead development and execution of category strategies with key retailers, using shopper and customer insights to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Co-develop category visions, range and promotional recommendations, implement category tests, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and NRM, and deliver compelling customer-facing propositions backed by data.
