Leads Haleon’s Data and AI agenda across Europe and MEA, serving as the senior business-facing data leader and primary interface with the Data Office. Owns regional data demand, prioritization, governance, delivery, benefits tracking, and value realization. Leads and develops the OU Data team, partners with senior stakeholders, coordinates global data functions, and drives adoption of enterprise data, analytics, intelligence, and AI standards and capabilities.

Manages global tax processes, technology, data, compliance, and transformation initiatives. Leads VAT configuration in SAP, indirect tax treatment, e-invoicing and e-reporting implementations, process standardization, automation opportunities, third-party providers, and cross-functional projects. Partners with finance, technology, and business teams across jurisdictions while delivering training, improving tax compliance, and ensuring processes align with evolving global legislation.

Provide legal support and lead negotiation of complex indirect procurement contracts (with emphasis on Digital & Tech and Marketing). Oversee centralized contracting playbooks and high-volume transactions, advise on regulatory/compliance issues, support dispute/litigation matters, implement operational excellence projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Business Owners and Group Legal.
