Author and maintain information security policies and standards, manage policy lifecycle and taxonomy, align controls to NIST/CIS/ISO, partner with GRC, architecture, and engineering teams to enable measurable, automated compliance and support audits, exceptions, and stakeholder education.

Provide legal support to Global Procurement, drafting, negotiating and overseeing large strategic procurement contracts, advising on compliance (including GxP), creating playbooks/templates, leading operational improvement projects, and partnering with procurement leadership and cross-functional teams to manage risk and deliver pragmatic commercial solutions.

Provide global trademark and IP counsel for the Oral Health Category: shape and execute trademark strategy across the brand lifecycle (clearance, protection, enforcement, transactions, litigation); advise on copyright, domains and related IP; instruct external counsel and paralegals; support M&A/licensing; lead process improvements, training, and stakeholder engagement; manage budget and forecasting for trademark portfolio.
