The Ecommerce Growth Strategist will manage e-commerce operations to grow online sales, optimize performance, and drive data-backed strategies across multiple platforms, particularly Amazon, while ensuring inventory management and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead Shopify and TikTok Shop as GM owning P&L and strategy to scale combined revenue to $20M+. Drive paid social performance, test creatives, launch monthly bundle funnels, optimize CRO and LTV, run lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and Postscript, manage forecasting and weekly P&Ls, and lead a remote ecommerce team to build repeatable, founder-independent systems.

Lead full finance function: deliver monthly audit-ready financials, maintain weekly 12-month cash forecast, own budgeting/forecasting, implement automated systems, create SOPs, produce dashboards, partner with leadership to improve profitability and scale finance systems.
