Sell complex core enterprise (Guidewire) applications into the UK London Market. Manage territory, develop new business (70% new, 30% add-on), lead sales from initial contact to close, build executive relationships, coordinate with sales support and partners, prepare proposals/quotations, present at industry events, and provide market/competitor feedback to inform product and marketing strategy.

Lead value engineering for global accounts by developing complex bottom-up business cases and ROI models, advising executive stakeholders, mentoring value consultants, and scaling value frameworks across the organization to demonstrate Guidewiresolutions' strategic business impact.

Manage complex employee and labor relations matters across EMEA, including investigations, performance cases, grievances, disciplinary actions, exits, and representative-body engagement. Advise leaders on employment risk, compliance, and sensitive situations across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain ER governance, documentation, reporting, dashboards, and processes while delivering global initiatives, policy improvements, and ER technology implementations. The role requires fluent French, strong UK, Ireland, and France employment knowledge, discretion, analytical ability, and senior stakeholder influence.

Lead end-to-end architecture for complex Guidewire insurance implementations. Responsibilities include designing scalable PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and cloud solutions; leading workshops, governance, reviews, risk mitigation, and technical mentoring; advising senior clients; supporting pre-sales; and collaborating with product, R&D, and cloud teams. The role also contributes to architecture standards, reusable assets, AI-enabled delivery improvements, and strategic initiatives across enterprise programs.

The Regional VP Sales leads enterprise software sales for Guidewire, managing sales teams, building client relationships, forecasting revenues, and driving new business growth in Southern Europe.
