Owns the ServiceNow Risk and Security product backlog, prioritizes requirements, and leads delivery across GRC, IRM, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Response. The role designs and governs configurations, ensures security and compliance, manages platform changes, supports operational readiness, tracks product performance, and guides analysts and delivery teams. It partners with stakeholders, architects, engineers, testers, and managed service providers to deliver secure, supportable, value-driven capabilities.

Leads ServiceNow data intelligence and experience products, including Knowledge, Chat, Voice of Customer, Performance Analytics, BI Data Lake, and Virtual Agent NLU. Owns product roadmaps, prioritization, delivery oversight, stakeholder alignment, partner management, data strategy, security and compliance, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Coaches Product Owners and guides agile delivery across ServiceNow, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.

Leads ServiceNow products across risk, security, business services, CSM, HRSD, and LSD. Develops product roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, coaches Product Owners, oversees delivery, manages dependencies, and ensures usability, security, compliance, and operational stability. Partners with senior stakeholders and architects, drives agile delivery and process automation, tracks KPIs, resolves escalations, and oversees product budgets and resourcing.
