Leads the design and implementation of Variation Planning processes and S/4HANA capabilities across pharmaceutical and vaccine operations. Translates business requirements into process designs, functional specifications, integrations, data requirements, testing scripts, and deployment plans. Coordinates with PLM, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and technical teams; manages interim and future-state processes, governance, change impacts, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation across deployment waves.

Own the strategy, backlog, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and value realization for clinical trial site management products. Partner with clinical operations, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to improve feasibility, study start-up, contracting, budgeting, monitoring, and documentation processes. Apply AI-first product management, data-driven decision-making, responsible AI governance, GxP compliance, privacy controls, and change management in a regulated environment.

Leads clinical operations decision analytics across global studies, developing predictive models, dashboards, metrics, and decision-support tools for trial planning, site selection, recruitment, monitoring, timelines, cost, and quality. Partners with clinical operations, data science, biostatistics, and technology teams to deploy analytics into operational workflows. Oversees analytics projects, ensures regulatory and governance compliance, reports recommendations to senior leaders, and mentors analysts and data scientists.
