Manage fast-track electrical small works projects from estimation and design through delivery, commissioning, handover, and closeout. Coordinate clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, commercial teams, and site operatives while controlling programme, budget, quality, safety, risks, variations, procurement, documentation, and compliance. The role includes team leadership, site surveys, reporting, stakeholder meetings, commercial protection, health and safety oversight, and supporting additional-work opportunities across London and surrounding areas.

Manages secured construction projects, coordinating internal and subcontracted labor across fit-out, MEP, and civil works. Responsibilities include site mobilization, programming, procurement, safety compliance, subcontractor oversight, client meetings, progress reporting, quality control, handover, and resolving technical issues. The role also supports tendering, surveying, pricing, quotations, business development, and project management activities. Requires travel, overtime, and strong knowledge of construction regulations, HSEQ practices, and site documentation.

Owns delivery of multiple mechanical projects, works packages, and variations across live data centre environments. Responsibilities include full lifecycle project management, programme and commercial oversight, design coordination, client and stakeholder management, subcontractor coordination, risk mitigation, commissioning, handover, HSEQ compliance, and team leadership. The role is site-based in Canary Wharf and supports projects across London and the M25, with occasional travel to other client locations.
