Principal Software Engineer responsible for end-to-end product ownership, architecture, technical strategy, platform infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, reliability, and legacy modernization. The role works across TypeScript, Python, cloud services, databases, frontend technologies, Kubernetes, and Terraform while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards across the organization.

Own end-to-end post-sale implementation and delivery for event-organizer clients. Build project plans, manage scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and client communications; configure the event platform; coordinate technical and cross-functional teams; oversee data imports, integrations, testing, readiness reviews, go-live, onsite event delivery, and closeout. Track delivery effort and metrics, resolve issues, manage change requests, and improve scalable delivery processes.
