Teams at Griffin

The Business Resilience Associate will manage supplier relationships, conduct scenario testing, support controls assurance programs, and collaborate across teams to enhance operational resilience at Griffin.

Manage end-to-end commercial contract work: review and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, NDAs, and trust deeds; run legal and risk reviews; maintain contract/NDA database; advise stakeholders pragmatically; build templates, playbooks and processes; partner across teams in a regulated banking environment.

Lead a small cross-functional engineering team end-to-end: stay technical (code, review, pair), manage delivery via Shape Up cycles, own architecture and correctness for money-moving systems, hire and develop engineers, work closely with product and stakeholders, and improve team processes and autonomy.
