Coordinates leasing, reservations, resident relations, tenancy administration, rent collection, inspections, and property operations for a residential community. Supports the Community Manager with revenue, occupancy, retention, team performance, compliance, reporting, and budget objectives. Oversees leasing activities, responds to resident and owner concerns, monitors property standards, supports staff development, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.

Coordinates leasing, reservations, viewings, tenancy administration, resident relations, rent collection, and community operations. Supports revenue, occupancy, retention, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and team performance goals. Maintains accurate property records, monitors maintenance and apartment readiness, implements marketing activities, and addresses resident and owner concerns. Acts for the Community Manager when needed and may participate in an emergency on-call roster.

Provides comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence, filing, meeting and travel coordination, document preparation, data entry, invoice processing, HR onboarding support, stakeholder communication, and office organization. Maintains accurate records, handles calls and emails, supports financial documentation, and completes ad hoc administrative tasks while protecting confidential information.
