The Senior Associate will manage a caseload of contentious, advisory, and transactional employment matters, particularly in relation to cross-border corporate transactions and litigation involving multinational clients.

Provide practice-focused knowledge and innovation support to the Funds team: maintain precedents and know-how, leverage legal technology and AI to automate templates, deliver training, perform horizon scanning and market intelligence, support client-facing thought leadership and BD materials, map workflows and identify process improvements, and liaise with senior stakeholders and the Innovation team to implement knowledge strategy.

Support a busy London legal team with document and deal management, client engagement letters, fee and WIP administration, data room maintenance, light legal research, marketing support, and general administrative and transaction support to fee earners.
