Own and grow a portfolio of affiliate, influencer, creator, and publisher partnerships. Manage newsletter sponsorships end to end, source and onboard creators, develop collaboration briefs, run YouTube campaigns, negotiate deals, track performance, and support brand growth and user acquisition. The role also involves reviewing creative assets, ensuring brand safety, measuring channel impact, and building scalable systems for managing numerous partners and campaigns.

Provide first-line internal IT support, onboard employees with laptops and accounts, manage macOS and Windows devices through Fleet, administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools, maintain office hardware, and automate or document recurring tasks. The role is primarily in-person across London and supports a growing startup environment.

Own Granola’s website from concept through production, combining visual design judgment with front-end engineering. Build high-quality marketing experiences, reusable components, CMS workflows, campaign landing pages, and A/B tests. Improve SEO, performance, accessibility, navigation, pricing, and calls to action while collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams in a London-based, in-person environment.
